The Salutation Hotel is situated in the heart of the historic City of Perth. Reported to be the Oldest established hotel in Scotland, the Salutation has been welcoming guests through its doors since 1699. One of the most famous patrons to sample our hospitality was Bonnie Prince Charlie who stayed here in 1745, at the height of his struggle to regain the throne for the Stuart Kings. Today, the welcome is as warm as it ever was offering traditional hospitality with all modern comforts.

St.Matthew’s is a very active and mixed congregation with a worshipping community of around 300 in total. St. Matthew’s Church aim to be inclusive of all, irrespective of age, race, ability, gender, sexual orientation etc.

The Venue has a Gin bar, Cocktails, a late night Rum Bar & an A La Carte Scottish Restaurant. It’s has a fabulous atmosphere, with live music and Comedy for enjoying drinks or Food with family and friends.
There is ample parking in Perth in close proximity to our festival locations.
The largest and (almost) closest carpark is Canal Street North Car Park which is a P&K Council run multistory car park. This car park is a 5 minute walk from The Salutation Hotel.
The Perth Accordion & Fiddle Festival is a major occasion in the Scottish music calendar incorporating the official Scottish Accordion Championships.
